Joining a MidlandPoolTournaments event is easy. Follow these simple steps to register for your next billiard tournament and secure your spot at the table. Let's get started!
Your sign-up guide
We've streamlined our sign-up process to make it as quick and efficient as possible. Here’s what you need to know and do to join the action.
Step 1: Register
The very first step is to register for you to chosen tournament. Once you select the tournament you want to compete in click on the poster to contact the director.
Step 2: Details are Required
Keep in Mind Photo ID will be required on the day of the event.
We require a few key pieces of information to get you signed up. Please provide your full name, contact information, your player rating or average, and the specific tournament you wish to enter. This helps us organize the brackets efficiently.
Step 3: Entry Fees
After submitting your details, in order to secure your spot the entry fee will need to be paid. Payment for tournaments are done by Etransfer. Payments must be made within 24hrs of registering.

Refund policy
If for any reason a tournament is canceled a full reimbursement will be returned to you in a timley manner.
After you sign up
Once you’ve completed your registration and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text message. This confirmation will include all the necessary details for your tournament, so please keep it handy.
